Just Need a Kind Word?

You're not required to "be ready" to reach out.

If you just want to be seen, witnessed, or supported in some small way, your words are safe here.

I'm so glad you've found your way to this space.

Let's begin gently, together.

If you're in crisis or need immediate help, please contact your GP, call Lifeline on 13 11 14, or call 000 in an emergency.

Gentle answers for your curious heart

Questions? Let's talk.

What is Just Keep Trying?

A space for support, education and hope after miscarriage, for women and the people who love them.

Do you offer one-on-one appointments?

Not through Just Keep Trying. One-on-one fertility care happens through The Seed Code. Visit Fertility Support to learn more.

Is this just for women?

Just Keep Trying speaks mostly to women, and partners are so welcome here. Loss touches you both.

My loss was a long time ago. Is this still for me?

Yes. There's no timeline on grief.

What if I'm not sure I'm "ready"?

You don't need to be. You simply need a willingness to begin.

This journey isn't about becoming someone new. It's about finding yourself again, and learning to live from that place, softly and fully.

I acknowledge the traditional owners and custodians of the land on which I live and work. I pay my respects to Elders past, present and emerging, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today. I honour their deep connection to land, sea and community, and recognise their sovereignty was never ceded. This is an inclusive space that values and respects diversity.
